Sensitive Information

Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), “sensitive information” includes details about an individual's racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, trade or professional memberships, criminal record, or health information.

HARVEY MEDIA & COMMUNICATIONS does not collect sensitive information through our website or Calendly booking system. We do not request or require any sensitive personal information when you contact us or book a meeting.

If, in the course of working together, sensitive information is shared with us (for example, during a meeting or intake process), it will only be collected:

We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, or disclosure. This includes secure storage of email communications, password-protected cloud files, and the use of trusted third-party services (such as Calendly and Notion) with privacy protections in place.

We only keep personal information for as long as it is needed to deliver services or respond to your enquiry. When that information is no longer required, it is securely deleted or de-identified.
